Thank you for your incredible support of the EntExchange! Your donations and contributions allow us to keep this project alive and well. We’re deeply grateful for each and every one of you, and these giveaways are just a small way for us to celebrate that support.

Giveaway Guidelines

To ensure fairness and spread the love evenly, we’ve established the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility

• Discord Membership: You must have a valid Discord account and be a current member of the EntExchange Discord server at the time of entry.
• Age and Residency: You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States, unless otherwise specified.
• Exclusions: Employees of Dynahawk LLC, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• Supporter Entries: To enter, simply open the giveaway channels on the EntExchange Discord and press the corresponding button to confirm your entry.
• No Purchase Necessary Entries: To enter without making a purchase, send a single-sided postcard with your Discord account name and the giveaway item name to the address provided below. Your entry must be received within the first three (3) days of the giveaway period to be eligible. No Purchase Necessary Entry Rules

3. Prize Limits

• One Prize Per Person, Per Round: Each participant is limited to winning one prize per round of giveaways.
• Multiple Wins: If you happen to win more than one prize:
  • You will be asked to select which prize you would like to keep.
  • The remaining prize(s) will be re-rolled until we find a new, unique winner.

4. General Conditions

• No Purchase Required: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win any prize. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
• Fair Play: By participating, you agree to abide by these rules and understand that failure to comply may result in disqualification.
• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these rules as necessary to maintain the integrity of the giveaway.
• Decision Finality: All decisions made by the EntExchange team regarding the administration and winners of the giveaways are final.
• Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
• Privacy: Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via Discord within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

6. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow Dynahawk LLC to use their Discord username, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Dynahawk LLC from any claims, liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

8. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to the giveaway shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the venue for such arbitration shall be in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
